Use on their own or indulge further by liberally applying Foot Balm to your feet, insert first into a plastic bag and then into our warm Booties. A relaxing spa treatment at home! Heat in the microwave or tumble dryer; or chill in the freezer! The ultra-soft covers can be removed and thrown into the wash.

One size fits all up to ladies size 10.

To Warm

Place on a rotating carousel in the microwave for 30 seconds, remove, and shake. Continue warming in 30-second increments not to exceed 1 minute in total. As an alternative, you can also warm in the clothes dryer for up to 5 minutes. Product should remain warm for up to 15 minutes.  No need to remove covers.

To Chill

Put in a plastic bag and set in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes.  Product should remain chilled for up to 10 minutes. No need to remove the cover.

Care Instructions

Remove inserts from the covers.  Machine wash on cold and dry on medium heat.
